Senior Consultant, User Experience Design and Testing

Fathom Consulting is looking for an experienced consultant who is curious, adaptable, and comfortable producing and testing both high-level and detailed designs for effective human-centered products and experiences.

In this role you will collaborate on a variety of client-facing projects with other Fathom consultants and with cross-functional client teams of marketers, designers, researchers, and engineers. You will leverage your deep understanding of user experience design methods—including user experience design, prototyping, and user testing—to bring new product ideas to life. You will plan and conduct user research studies with participants all around the world.

If you have experience working on medical devices, health technology products, or bring a background in human factors engineering, you will find plenty of opportunity to lean into those skills as well.
